I secured a nomination at the fiercely contested Noelanders X, one of only five nominations I was pleased at receiving the award due to the large amount of VERY HIGH quality bonsai presented. Other nominations received included Carlos van der Varrt, Ian Stewartson and Mauro Stemberger, the winner of the Noelanders Trophy 2009 was Udo Fisher with a fantastic Root over rock maple, there is a book coming out celebrating the 10 years of the trophy….watch this space and I will let you know when it is out in print.
